Return & Refund Policy

1.  Eligibility for Return

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, the item must be:
    • unused, in the same condition as when received, with original packaging, tags, invoices and accessories.
    • clearly defective, damaged upon delivery, incorrect (wrong item), or incomplete (missing parts).
  • Items purchased “Final Sale” or marked as non-returnable on their product page are not eligible for return.

2.  Non‑returnable / Non‑exchangeable Items

The following are non‑eligible for return unless faulty or incorrect:

  • Customized, personalized or made‑to‑order items.
  • Digital downloads, gift cards, perishables, or hygiene‑sensitive items once opened (as applicable).
  • Items with obvious signs of use, wear, damage by customer, or without original packaging and tags.

3.  Return Process

  1. Contact us at [insert email address] or WhatsApp [insert number] within 7 days of delivery, quoting your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will reply with a Return Authorization and further instructions (including the return shipping address).
  3. Pack the item securely, include original packaging, invoice, tags, and accessories. Clearly mark your order number on the package.
  4. Customer pays for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped) or a manufacturing fault.
  5. We will inspect the returned item on receipt; once approved we proceed with the next steps.

4.  Refunds & Store Credit

  • For approved returns, we will offer either a refund via original payment method (where possible) or store credit, depending on your preference and payment type.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Shipping & delivery charges paid at original checkout are non‑refundable, unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrectly.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund may be issued as store credit or bank transfer subject to verification.

5.  Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange for a different size, colour or style (subject to stock availability), please follow the return process and place a new order once approved.
  • Additional costs (price difference, shipping) may apply.

6.  Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If the item is defective, damaged during delivery, or not what you ordered, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.
  • We will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement or refund as per our inspection.

7.  Change of Mind Returns

  • Change‑of‑mind returns (you ordered but simply changed your mind) may be accepted only for eligible items, within the 7‑day window, subject to original packaging, condition and a deduction for return shipping.
  • Certain categories may exclude “change of mind” returns at our discretion — see product page for details.

8.  How to Prepare Your Return

  • Use the original manufacturer’s carton if possible; do not affix labels or tape directly to the product box.
  • Protect the item suitably for transit (particularly fragile items).
  • Retain the tracking number of the return shipment until we issue your refund or exchange.

9.  Shipping & Handling Costs

  • Original shipping paid is non‑refundable unless the return is our fault.
  • Return shipping cost is borne by you unless the reason for return is our error.
  • For high‑value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
